About Fight Back Mental Health - Our Mission and Team

Helping Mental Health Through Movement and Community

Our Story, Mission, and Values

Fight Back Mental Health began with the vision to provide free, accessible fitness and boxing training for those facing mental health challenges. Our mission is to create a welcoming space where individuals find empowerment, motivation, and friendship. We believe physical activity can be a powerful tool for mental healing, and community support is essential for lasting wellbeing.
